RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase! If you need to initiate a return, please use our Return Portal (you'll need your order number and the email used at checkout).

Return Window: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or report any issues, and an additional 10 days to postmark your return once the label is issued.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: For returns due to incorrect or damaged items, please select the appropriate reason in our Return Portal, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Eligibility: We accept returns on unused, unworn, unwashed items purchased at full price. If you’re returning a gifted item, please email us at blockclubkids@gmail.com with the purchaser's name and the item details.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process back to your original payment method. A $6 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this fee, you may choose store credit instead, which is issued upon approval and never expires.

International Orders: International orders are final sale and may require extra processing time. Orders are covered up to $100 for loss or theft. All duties and fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges: We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items: All sale items (including flash sales), baby accessories & gear, one-of-a-kind items, and hair accessories are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
